Board Members & Advisory Board

Since August 2002, the Roparun organisation has consisted of two foundations: The Roparun Events Foundation and the Roparun Palliative Care Foundation. These are separate foundations, each with its own bookkeeping, and they also have different bank accounts.

 

Thanks to the split, it is clear how the funding is divided into money for organising the event and money for the charities. Should something happen at the Roparun Events Foundation, this will never have any impact on the money reserved for the charities in the Roparun Palliative Care Foundation. Nor will it affect the agreements that have been made with various partners. The split also guarantees that, in spite of what happens, the money which is meant for the charities will actually reach the charities.
